The United Way Windsor Essex is looking for youth between the ages of 15 to 29 who live in Windsor Essex County but preference will be given to the Downtown, West Windsor & Leamington communities. This group will talk about the challenges youth face with employment. Group members will work together at bi-weekly 1.5/2 hour meetings to create solutions to barriers that will be developed into a plan for our partner Workforce Windsor Essex to release to the community. These solutions will help bring development of youth-focused employment and career attainment supports.
